About our website analytics
Website analytics is a required part of our main Southpaw website. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Their scripts start automatically when you visit, without an on-site opt-in prompt. They help us understand visits and how our pages are used. These services receive browser, device, network, and page-activity information and may use analytics cookies. Clarity may record page interactions and masks sensitive content by default. We do not send registration answers or payment details to either service.
Our Google Analytics and Clarity integration respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We remove queries and fragments from Google Analytics page addresses and do not start Clarity on addresses containing a query. These tags are limited to our live Southpaw website; staging and local previews do not send visits.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs automatically on our live website to measure page views and loading performance. Its beacon sends browser performance measurements without using cookies or browser storage for analytics. Our hosting provider manages it separately from the Google Analytics and Clarity integration; staging on pages.dev does not receive our live domain’s beacon. Read Cloudflare’s Web Analytics privacy information.
You can manage cookies or block tracking through your browser’s privacy controls. Our launch countdown and scheduled opening do not depend on analytics. Read Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for their practices.
